Robert L. Simms Sr is a highly dedicated and self-motivated CEO, retired law enforcement professional, certified security professional and leader with over 25 years of experience. As a retired NYPD Detective 2nd Grade, Robert possesses strong knowledge in investigative procedures, emergency response, and team development. He is skilled at analyzing situations and adopting quick, effective, and reasonable courses of action while considering surrounding hazards and circumstances. A disciplined leader, Robert consistently delivers results in high-pressure situations while providing guidance and advice to team members during daily operations. He assigns work priorities, determines appropriate staffing patterns, and ensures the implementation of policies and procedures to maintain efficiency and safety standards.

Business Leadership: Robert is the Owner and Director of a New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services (NYS DCJS) Security Guard School. He also owns and operates RLS Security Training & Consulting, a New York State DCJS-certified Security Guard Company that provides top-tier training and consulting services for security professionals
